In this group session, we dive right in to more advanced, modes of breath that are known to reset unproductive, habitual breath patterns, exercise the internal organs (including the lungs), improve elimination of toxins and increase metabolism. On the psycho-spiritual level, this work can increase awareness of the body-mind system, release old patterns & belief systems and deepen connections to the subconscious.
Over time, practitioners often experience increased resiliency, happiness and a deeper connection to life, to themselves & others!
Some experience with breathwork is suggested.
