Using a combination of breathwork, mindfulness, movement, Hakomi & Somatic Experiencing techniques, these sessions are best suited to ongoing clients with experience in embodiment practices including breathwork.
Session length is 1.5-1.75 hours, however please budget your time spaciously to allow for an easeful return to your day. This will ensure sufficient time for integration.
Highly individualized based on your needs and goals, this 1-hour session will set foundations for explorations in embodiment and our work together. We’ll focus on mindfulness, body-mind awareness, nervous system regulation and basic breath & somatic practices.
