Using a combination of breathwork, mindfulness, movement, Hakomi & Somatic Experiencing techniques, these sessions are best suited to ongoing clients with experience in embodiment practices including breathwork.
Session length is 1.5-1.75 hours, however please budget your time spaciously to allow for an easeful return to your day. This will ensure enough time for a well-integrated session.
Highly individualized based on your needs, goals and current practices, these 1-hour sessions will set foundation for your explorations in embodiment. We’ll focus on mindfulness, body-mind awareness, nervous system regulation and basic breathwork and somatic practices.
